AI PMDesigning a voice-to-contract specialist that captures project details from real-time calls and generates structured, compliant contract drafts. Responsible for the conversation design, system prompts, and backend architecture connecting Twilio voice streams to AI extraction, validation, and document generation on Google Cloud. Currently in prototype phase (not yet demoable), focused on California home-improvement contracts; early tests suggest strong potential to eliminate manual intake steps and save contractors 10–15 hours per week on documentation.
Conversational Booking Agent
Solutions DesignCo-developing WelcomeAI, an AI-powered prototype for handling restaurant reservations when staff are unavailable (off-hours, voicemail callbacks). Responsible for the system prompts, behavioral rules, and conversation design that govern the bot's booking logic. Early testing shows meaningful improvements in conversion (~40%).
ML-Powered Estimate Assistant for Construction Cost
Solutions DesignA conceptual system that provides insight and logic to estimated costs, relieving pressure on executive oversight and relieving bottlenecks to new sales with data-driven confidence. Designed for a Bay Area contractor ready to scale beyond executive-driven estimating.
Cost Variance / Profitability Analysis Tool
AI PMA self-improving cost-insight agent that intakes Buildertrend, Procore, or any other profitabilty report spreadsheet and outputs insights on estimate accuracy, labor efficiency, and the variance between estimated and actual cost on all parts of the project. Entirely using Vertex AI (Gemini + Embeddings + Vector Search). Detailed reports mean the agent works without fine-tuning or external data.
Job-Cost FinOps: Buildertrend ↔ QuickBooks ↔ Dext
Solutions DesignReplaced a paper-based invoicing/timecard flow with a native-integration pipeline that maps Buildertrend cost codes & time to QuickBooks budgets, using Dext for receipt capture. Result: trackable, true to operations reports on project profitability and 20% growth year-to-year since 2022.
Client Websites (Design + Build)
Web & CommunicationsBuilt full client web presences that explain services clearly, highlight benefits, and convert visitors into leads. Created the design, content, graphics, photos, and site architecture myself, and connected everything from scheduling tools to analytics. Set up Google Business Profiles, SEO, and contractor-specific ad platforms to drive local discovery. Result: consistent inbound leads for clients and a reliable digital foundation they can grow on.
